This was cool, It was some type of military school or something, but WHAT really stood out- there was a MASSIVE Indian festival going on all around it! I was touring UNESCO, so I missed the festival itself, but wandering through the streets after, there were floats and carnations and the smell of orma wafting through the air. Delicious.
